Ex-Villain Price swept out to sea in Queensland

Chris Price was one of my favourite players when I was growing up. He even had the good grace to score against Sheffield Utd in my first trip to Villa Park Smile

Get well soon Pricey Thup

Honey, I am leaving for the football game . . . they are the free tickets to a corporate box that I told you about earlier in the week . . .

Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory since Football Manager on Commodore 64!

Quote:But the club has blown the whistle to the idea guests in the box can watch football while the strippers perform .. and say the women can only dance after the 90 minutes of action on the pitch is over.

St Pauli bosses acted after fans complained about tarnishing the image of the club

So they can tarnish the image of the club... as long as the players aren't actually on the pitch?

Gives new meaning to 'halftime show'

Brilliant!! Just imagine if they had to go back to work...that could be embarrasing (unless they are a swimming pool attendant)

I'm going to start a new business 'Guide Dogs for Texters'

In Oxford the CCTV gets nicked. My uncle is a huge Oxford fan and lives around the corner from the ground, I'll have to ask him if he knows anything Mrgreen

I sympathise for your uncle.

Mind you, my uncle lives in Swinedon and I have O*ford supporting (disowned) cousins, so I'm hardly in a better position family wise. :p

One of the sales guys I work with is a die hard Swindon fan, he had to take our product to the Kassam on Friday to try and sell it to them. To say he wasn't happy about it is an understatement. I wonder if it was him that done it???

BBC report Andy Gray is sacked by Sky Sports for offensive comments

Nice cushy job available for someone?

If I get the job I promise to punch Jamie Redknapp in the face every time I work with him.

Jamie Redknapp's tight beige trousers have caused many a sexual crisis in a young man.

I've seen full on camp as Christmas queens see those trousers, order a bitter and shove their tongue down the barmaid's throat.

Police launch crime maps

Not entirely sure how I feel about this.

I guess it's a good thing, but I'm not sure I'd really want to know. You'd just end up being paranoid the whole time if you lived anywhere even remotely dodgy.
01-02-2011, 10:53 AM
Yeah, to me it's something that might be handy if you're looking to move somewhere and you have no knowledge of the area, but if you check where you live and it's crime central it might put the frighteners up you!

Do really need a map to tell you a dodgy area? Not from my experience! I find the sofa's in the front garden a good indication myself.
